Mary Beth's career spans nearly 30 years of architecting and advancing culture, people, and business strategies, with a particular focus on Employee Experience (EX), culture, leadership development, and organizational development. She has held senior roles in human resources and business leadership at renowned organizations such as Walt Disney World Co. and Allegis Group, Inc. At Allegis Group, she was responsible for all aspects of HR and HRSS. She also brings valuable insights from her tenure as an Independent Consultant.

Mary Beth is a distinguished coach, visionary advisor, and strategic partner to C-suite leaders. She excels in helping organizations refresh and enhance their business strategies, talent development offerings, and organizational structures to support their business objectives. She is highly skilled in developing and motivating talent, fostering workplace inclusion, building high-performing teams, and creating strengths-based environments. Her coaching prowess empowers others to achieve similar success.

 

Mary Beth holds a Master of Business Administration from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the College of William & Mary. Since 1994, she has utilized CliftonStrengths as a talent selection, coaching, and development framework and has been a Gallup-certified Strengths Coach since 2018.

Career Highlights

  • Drove significant improvements in culture, employee engagement, retention, talent development, workforce planning, and change management capability at Allegis Corporate Services.

  • Transformed the Allegis Group HR Operations/Shared Services function to drive agility, technological capability, enhanced vendor relationships, improved customer service, and higher employee engagement.

  • Collaborated on a cross-functional senior leadership team that built a “game-changing” leadership development program at Walt Disney World (still in use more than two decades later).

  • Led a cross-functional team of senior leaders who crafted Walt Disney World’s first strategic plan, resulting in the identification of a clear link between Cast, Guest, and Business Results.

  • Partnered with Insperity as an Executive Management Consultant to build human resource capacity among multiple small businesses.
